    No open records. Referrals and prescriptions sent.

  2. Decontaminate and store instruments

    Final autoclave cycle logged and instruments put away.

  3. Dispose of clinical and sharps waste

    Correct streams, bags sealed, labels signed.

  4. Clean and disinfect rooms

    Chairs, surfaces, handles and floors.

  5. Restock consumables

    PPE, gloves, gauze, anaesthetic, forms.

  6. Secure medicines and controlled drugs

    Locked, counted and signed where required.

  7. Lock up and set alarm

    Windows, compressor, lights, alarm, keys.
