A repeatable room standard so every guest gets the same clean room.

Checklist steps

  1. Strip the room

    Remove linen, towels and rubbish. Check for lost property and damage.

  2. Clean the bathroom

    Toilet, shower, basin, mirror and floor. Sanitise touch points.

  3. Dust and wipe surfaces

    Headboard, desk, TV, remote, switches, phone and handles.

  4. Make the bed to standard

    Fresh linen, correct fold, cushions placed.

  5. Restock amenities

    Toiletries, tea and coffee, glasses, stationery and towels.

  6. Vacuum and finish floors

    Under bed and behind curtains included.

  7. Final inspection

    Check lights, aircon, safe, minibar and fragrance before releasing the room.
