    Tagged, inspected within seven days, guardrails intact.

  3. Working at height controls

    Ladders secured, harnesses inspected, exclusion zones set.

  4. Plant and equipment

    Operators certified, daily checks signed, reversing controlled.

  5. Housekeeping and materials

    No trip hazards, materials stacked safely, waste cleared.

  6. PPE compliance

    Helmets, boots, hi-vis, gloves and eye protection.

  7. Welfare facilities

    Toilets, drinking water, drying room and first aid.
