  1. Kitchen deep clean

    Oven, hob, extractor, fridge defrosted, cupboards emptied and wiped.

  2. Bathroom deep clean

    Limescale, grout, shower screen, extractor and sealant.

  3. Living areas and bedrooms

    Skirting, sockets, doors, wardrobes and inside drawers.

  4. Windows and sills

    Inside glass, frames, tracks and blinds.

  5. Floors

    Vacuum, mop or carpet clean with receipts kept.

  6. Walls and marks

    Remove scuffs. Repair small holes if agreed.

  7. Outside and bins

    Garden tidy, bins emptied, garage or shed cleared.

  8. Photograph every room

    Timestamped photos for the deposit claim.
