- Walk-around visual check
Damage, leaks, loose parts and clean mast.
- Tyres and wheels
Pressure, cuts, wear and secure nuts.
- Forks and mast
No cracks, heel wear within limits, chains even and lubricated.
- Hydraulics and controls
Lift, tilt and side-shift smooth with no drift.
- Brakes, steering and horn
Service and park brake tested before use.
- Lights, alarms and seatbelt
Reverse alarm, beacon and belt working.
- Battery or fuel and log
Charge level, no leaks. Sign the daily log.
