  2. Check aisles and pedestrian routes

    Marked, clear and segregated from vehicles.

  3. Review MHE checks

    Daily forklift checks completed and signed.

  4. Check manual handling practice

    Aids available and used. Heavy items stored at waist height.

  5. PPE compliance

    Hi-vis, boots and gloves worn in the right zones.

  6. Fire exits and extinguishers

    Clear, signed and unobstructed.

  7. Log and assign findings

    Owner and date for every issue found.
