  3. SEO basics

    Title, meta, OG, canonical, sitemap, robots.txt. Submit to Google Search Console.

  4. Accessibility scan

    Axe or Lighthouse. Fix all critical and serious issues.

  5. Analytics installed and tested

    Verify events fire end-to-end. Set up conversion goals.

  6. Forms and CTAs end-to-end

    Submit every form. Confirm emails and CRM entries.

  7. 301 redirect map

    Map every old URL with non-trivial traffic to a new URL.

  8. Backup and rollback plan

    Full backup taken. Rollback steps documented.
